IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona Secretary of State’s (the “Secretary”) January 22, 2004 Notice of Settlement; Motion to Vacate Hearing, submitted through counsel. Pursuant to the Motion, the Secretary requests that the hearing in this matter be vacated for the reason that the Secretary and Petitioner Regina F. Benthin have settled the dispute in this matter. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for March 1, 2004, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary for further action.
