IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Counsel for Complainant and Respondent have jointly submitted MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and the Registrar of Contractors dismiss this case with prejudice as the complaint at issue has been fully satisfied. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 24, 2003 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation in Case No. G03-0274, and the Complaint upon which it was based, be dismissed.
