IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 21, 2003, Complainant’s counsel filed correspondence, attached hereto, requesting the hearing be vacated, avowing that the parties had agreed to vacate the hearing and attaching a copy of the settlement agreement reached by the parties. Based on the foregoing, and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(1) and (4), the hearing is vacated. It is hereby ordered vacating the hearing and remanding to the Registrar of Contractors with recommendation for further disposition consistent with the terms of the parties’ attached settlement agreement.
