IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to be held in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on April 9th, 2003. The parties filed in the OAH on March 3rd, 2003, their written, signed settlement agreement in this matter. According to the terms, complainant agrees to accept, from respondent Ideal Homes, a cash settlement in the amount of $3,000.00 to settle all claims which constitute complainant’s appeal. Complainant’s written notice of appeal as well as the department’s notice of hearing indicate the appeal is being taken against only matters involving respondent Ideal Homes, and not respondent Cavco Industries Durango Division. Wherefore, it appearing that the parties have resolved all their outstanding differences, and pursuant to A.R.S. 41-1092.07.F.5, and A.A.C. R2-19-111.4, it is hereby ordered vacating the presently scheduled administrative hearing, and remanding the case to the Department of Building and Fire Safety for its further action.
