On February 18, 2003, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Dismiss from Assistant Attorney General Theresa Craig requesting that the hearing scheduled for February 21, 2003 be vacated because the parties have resolved this dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 21, 2003, shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
