IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Shortly prior to the time and date set for the hearing in this matter, Complainant and Respondent jointly requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated, as all issues had been resolved. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 14, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation in Case No. 03-0518, and the Complaint upon which it was based, be closed.
