Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Motion to Vacate hearing submitted on June 23, 2003. Pursuant to the Motion, Assistant Attorney General Blair Driggs has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for June 24, 2003, be vacated for the reason that “after further review and discussions with staff and the Respondent, the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control has decided to present a consent [agreement] to the Director which will resolve the issues.” Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Director of the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for any further action deemed appropriate.
