The day before the date of the scheduled consolidated hearing for these matters, the Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, which states, in part, as follows: “I would like to close my complaint against JEV Roofing because they have corrected the problem to my satisfaction.” Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled matter (Case No.T02(0269; Docket No.02F-T0269-ROC) is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby ordered that the Citation against JEV Roofing (Case No. T02-0269) be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. The remaining matters (listed in caption above) remain scheduled for consolidated hearing on April 10, 2002 at 8:30 a.m. as previously noticed to the parties. Done this day, April 9, 2002
