IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to be held in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on January 2nd, 2002. The parties filed in the OAH on December 26th, 2001, their written statements to the effect that they have settled their outstanding differences by a cash tender and receipt from the respondent to the complainant in the amount of $719.00. They now consider the matter closed. Wherefore, good cause having been shown, it is hereby ordered vacating the administrative hearing of this matter, and returning the case to the Registrar of Contractors with a recommendation that the case be closed in a manner to be determined by the registrar.
