The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to be held in the Office of Administrative Hearings, on Tuesday, April 9th, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. The complainants filed in the OAH on Friday, April 5th, 2002, their motion to vacate the hearing noting that the parties had “reached an agreement,” and the hearing “will not be necessary.” The terms of the agreement were not addressed in the motion. Wherefore, good cause having been shown, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing of this matter is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
