IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was scheduled and noticed for administrative hearing in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on January 3rd, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. The Registrar of Contractors entered an Order of Closing in this case on November 29th, 2001, noting that prior to the hearing date he had revoked respondent’s license, and therefore, no useful purpose would be served by the hearing. Thus the registrar closed this case. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing of this matter scheduled in the OAH for January 3rd, 2002, is vacated , and this matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
