IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 13, 2003, the Office of Administrative Hearings received from Complainants a written request to continue the hearing in this case, which was then scheduled for February 18, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. Via an Order dated January 24, 2003, the Administrative Law Judge continued this matter to March 20, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. On January 30, 2003, the Office of Administrative Hearings received from Complainants a written request to “dismiss” this matter based on that Complainant’s witness has chosen not to make himself available for hearing. Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Further based on the foregoing, It is recommended that the Citation in Case No. M02-1954, along with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed. Done this day, January 31, 2003.
