STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 12, 2002, Complainant, Banker Insulation, informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Respondent has paid to Complainant the money that was the subject of the dispute that induced Complainant to file complaint No. M02-0226. Further, Complainant has moved to withdraw its complaint in the matter as well as its request for an evidentiary hearing. Therefore, all issues set to be heard have been rendered moot. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on August 13, 2002 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
