Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Stipulation to Dismiss Without Prejudice submitted on April 9, 2002. Pursuant to the Stipulation, the parties, through counsel, have stipulated that the above-captioned matter be dismissed without prejudice. In view of the foregoing and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on April 19, 2002 is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed.
