A hearing was commenced on this date on these consolidated complaints. A discussion was held off the record, during which both parties agreed to withdraw their complaints and to consent to an order dismissing them if the other party made certain factual statements on the record. A record therefore was made of the statements and the parties’ assent to dismissal of their complaints. Based on the parties’ settlement,

The Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Registrar of Contractors dismiss Case No. G02-0211 against Doc Services Inc.’s License No. 166871, Class K-05. The Administrative Law Judge further recommends that the Registrar dismiss Case No. M02-0699 against Michael S. Oglesby Construction’s License No. 163693, Class KB-01. Done this day, March 26, 2002.
