STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 12, 2001, Complainant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw his request for an evidentiary hearing on December 14, 2001 stating, inter alia, that Respondent has entered into an agreement with Complainant effectively settling the issue(s) that led to Complainant having filed this complaint before the Registrar of Contractors. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on December 14, 2001 at 8:30 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER CLOSING THE COMPLAINT FILE.
