Based upon the contents of the foregoing communication, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing, IT IS ORDERED, confirming a prior verbal ruling, that the hearing scheduled to convene on April 4, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. be and hereby is Vacated and Dismissed from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Superintendent of the Arizona State Banking Department with the recommendation that the entire administrative action in this matter be terminated.
