On March 21, 2002, the Office of Administrative Hearings (Office) received written notification from counsel for the Arizona Department of Banking (Department) that the parties have reached a final settlement of this matter. The Department requested that the hearing of this matter, scheduled for March 26, 2002, be vacated and this matter dismissed from the Office’s docket. Consequently, it appears that this matter need not proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office and remanding it to the Department.

Done this day, March 22, 2002.
