On March 4, 2002, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Joint Notice of Settlement and Stipulated Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing wherein the parties represented that the matters at issue have been resolved. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing.
