On February 8, 2002, the Office of Administrative Hearings (Office) received an Order from the Executive Director of the Arizona Dental Board of Examiners (Board) withdrawing its request for a hearing of this matter. The record before the Office reflects that a Notice of Hearing was issued by the Board. Because of the above-mentioned Order and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter cannot proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter form the Office’s docket and remanding it to the Board. Done this day, February 12, 2002.
