IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona State Board of Appraisal’s attorney has submitted a copy of a settlement agreement, signed by certificate holder Mr. Crum, in which he agreed to surrender his certificate and to be subject to other terms in lieu of the previously scheduled formal fair hearing in this matter. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on this date be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these consolidated appeals be remanded to the Executive Director of the Arizona State Board of Appraisal with the recommendation that they be dismissed and that the Board enter an order that is consistent with the terms of the parties’ settlement.
