IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing of this matter is presently set for Thursday, April 18th, 2002, at 9:00 a.m., in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson. On April 8th, 2002, Angela and William Styczykowski, through counsel, filed in the OAH a motion to vacate the administrative hearing, “but that the Informal Hearing, presently set for April 15th, 2002, remain in place. . . . .” On April 9th, 2002, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, through counsel, filed its response to the motion to vacate, stating it had no objection thereto. Wherefore, good cause having been shown and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19- 111.3., it is hereby ordered granting the motion. The administrative hearing of this matter is vacated and the matter is returned to the ADEQ for any further action that might be necessary and appropriate.
