On December 18, 2002, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Settlement from Deputy Counsel Wilbert J. Taebel requesting that the hearing, scheduled for December 19, 2002, be vacated because the parties have reached a settlement.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 19, 2002, shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
