IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was scheduled for formal administrative hearing to be conducted by the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings (“Tribunal”) on February 14, 2002, pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (Board) on December 3, 2001. The matter was subsequently continued on the parties’ request, as they were attempting to resolve the matter informally. The hearing was scheduled to be held on March 21, 2002. On March 6, 2002, counsel for the Board filed its Motion to Vacate the hearing, indicating that the parties had settled the matter by Respondent coming to the agreement reflected in the attached Consent Agreement. The Respondent has signed the attached Consent Agreement. Counsel for the Board indicates that the Board will sign at its next scheduled meeting on March 27, 2002. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the Board’s Motion to Vacate is GRANTED, and the matter is remanded to the Board for further handling. ORDERED and DATED this day, March 14, 2002.
