On September 10, 2002, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Marc H. Harris, counsel for the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Mr. Harris requested that the hearing in this matter be vacated because the parties have entered into a Consent Agreement.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 18, 2002, shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
