On July 12, 2004, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the “Board”) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for July 16, 2004, has been withdrawn due to Respondent’s entry into a Consent Agreement. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
