IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing submitted by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (the “Department”), through counsel, on March 18, 2002. Pursuant to that Notice, the Department has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for March 29, 2002, be vacated for the reason that the parties have agreed upon a Consent Order being entered in this case. (Attached to the Notice is a copy of the executed Consent Order.) Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action. Done this day, March 20, 2002.
