STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 28, 2003, Assistant Attorney General Todd F. Lang informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that the issues that have led to the complaint and NOTICE OF HEARING have been resolved by and between the parties. Therefore, the Attorney General’s Office is withdrawing its complaint in the matter. Necessity for an evidentiary hearing has been obviated. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 31, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings under the authority of A.A.C. R2-19-111. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Attorney General with the recommendation that the Attorney General issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
