IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On 26 April 2001, prior to the time and date set for hearing in this case, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the “ROC”), who filed the civil penalty citation in this case, caused to have filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings a Motion To Vacate the hearing in this case due to the parties having reached a settlement and executed a Consent Agreement. Therefore, pursuant to AAC R2-19-111 and good cause appearing IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ROC’s Motion To Vacate the hearing in this case scheduled to convene on 27 April 2001 be granted and the case be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the ROC with the recommendation that the ROC issue an order in substantially the form of the order set forth in the Consent Agreement executed by the parties and attached hereto.
