Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings which states, in pertinent part, as follows: “Pursuant to a meeting at my home today with Richard Allen and Quality Framing Builders I ask that the compliance hearing be vacated. It is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 9, 2002.” Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
