Prior to the scheduled hearing date, the parties confirmed that they had concluded a settlement agreement and delivered a copy of the settlement agreement to this office via facsimile transmission. The parties further avowed that as a direct result of said settlement agreement the scheduled hearing in this matter should be vacated and that this matter be dismissed. In view of the foregoing and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on March 27, 2001 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and it is recommended that this citation, together with the complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed.
