On April 23, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received from the Prescott Registrar of Contractors’ Office a copy of Plaintiff’s request that this matter be closed. That request is based upon the representation that Plaintiff has received from Respondent payment in the sum of $214.50, which constitutes the cost to repair his rain gutters. Consequently, it appears that this matter need not proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, April 23, 2001.
