On October 3, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Motion to Dismiss this matter filed by Complainant ‘s counsel wherein there is a representation that the parties have reached a settlement of this matter . In the motion, Complainant represents that Respondent’s counsel concurs with the motion. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Motion to Dismiss this matter be granted.
