HEARING: December 11, 2001. APPEARANCES: Neither of the parties appeared at the hearing. ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE: Brian Brendan Tully _____________________________________________________________________ The commencement of the scheduled hearing was delayed for 20 minutes to allow for the late arrival of the Complainant and Respondent’s authorized representative or attorney. Based upon the entire record, the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommended Order are made:

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. Complainant did not present any evidence at the hearing in support of her filed complaint.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

1. Complainant, by her default in appearance at the hearing, failed to sustain her burden of proving the allegations contained in her complaint and as cited by the Registrar of Contractors. 2. The record supports the dismissal of the Citation and Complaint in this matter.

RECOMMENDED ORDER

In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Citation and Complaint in this matter be dismissed.
