Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a May 10, 2002 Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand to Agency submitted by Assistant Attorney General Elizabeth Burns. The Motion requests that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety (the “Department”) for consideration of a settlement reached by the parties. Attached to the Motion is a copy of the proposed settlement, which has been signed by the qualifying party for Respondent Alpha Mobile Home Sales Company. Upon review and consideration of the Motion, sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for May 16, 2002, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Department for consideration of the settlement reached by the parties..
