On March 15, 2001, the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety, by and through its Administrative Assistant, informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that the Department had determined to cancel the request for an evidentiary hearing in this matter. Therefore, necessity to maintain this matter on the docket has been obviated. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the December 20, 2001 hearing docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety for further disposition. Set forth this 6th day of November in the year 2001.
