Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on December 18, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number M01-1220 be closed.
