STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 18, 2001, Complainant Homes by Judi, Inc., informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw its request for an evidentiary hearing on December 19, 2001 stating, inter alia, that Complainant and Respondent, Rowley Enterprises, Inc., have resolved the issue(s) that led to the filing of Complaint No. M01-1215 before the Registrar of Contractors. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on December 19, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER CLOSING THE COMPLAINT FILE.
