IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matters, Complainant’s representative and Respondent’s counsel filed a jointly- executed NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND MOTION TO VACATE HEARING DATE to inform the Office of Administrative Hearings that the matters at issue had been resolved and to request that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearings scheduled to convene on August 22, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. in Docket Nos. 01F-M0937-ROC and 01F-M0925-ROC be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in each of Case Numbers M01-0937 and M01-0925 be dismissed.
