IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was set for formal administrative hearing to be held on January 26, 2001, pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on December 5, 2000. At the time set for hearing, the parties began to discuss the matter informally. No testimony or evidence was taken into a hearing record. The parties came to an agreement which they reduced to handwriting between themselves, but which they did not submit to the record. The parties had indicated that they would reduce the matter to a written stipulation to be submitted within a week; however, this Tribunal received no such written stipulation. More than one week has passed, and still no stipulation has been received at this Tribunal. Therefore, based on the foregoing, and no matter remaining for determination by this Tribunal, IT IS ORDERED the above captioned matter is vacated from the hearing calendar, and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further handling.
