This matter was set for formal administrative hearing to be held on January 17, 2002 pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) in late October 2001. On January 14, 2002, at the time set for the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge received a letter posted to the Registrar on January 11, 2002, by Robert W. Burns, regarding being satisfied with the work of Respondent. At the time set for hearing and for fifteen minutes thereafter, no person arrived for the hearing. No Complainant appearing to pursue the matter, and no issue apparently remaining for determination by this Tribunal, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is VACATED, and the matter is REMANDED to the Registrar for any further handling.
