Prior to the time of the scheduled hearing, the parties filed a joint Motion to Vacate Hearing and Complaint wherein the parties stated that they had resolved their differences and requested that the hearing and the entire complaint be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be closed in a manner to be determined by the Registrar of Contractors.
