On August 16, 2001, prior to the date set for hearing, Complainant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw its request for an evidentiary hearing on October 25, 2001, stating that Respondent has paid in full the invoices at issue. Therefore, necessity for a hearing has been obviated. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on October 25, 2001 at 1:30 P.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
