HEARING: February 27, 2001 APPEARANCES: Complainant was represented by its qualifying party, Tony Barrett. Respondent was represented by its President, Robert Chilleen. ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE: Sondra J. Vanella _____________________________________________________________________ Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties met and discussed the issues. The Administrative Law Judge did not participate in the discussions. When the hearing commenced, Mr. Tony Barrett, acting on behalf of Complainant Four Peaks Door and Window, moved to withdraw its complaint. Based upon the withdrawal of the complaint, there was no need to proceed with the hearing of this matter. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge submits this Recommended Order to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. RECOMMENDED ORDER It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors dismiss Citation and Complaint No. G01-0418, as the complaint was withdrawn.
