STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, counsel for Complainant filed a written stipulation, signed by or on behalf of both parties, providing for the dismissal of the within case with prejudice, confirming that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved, and also effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on December 18, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number G01-0194 be dismissed with prejudice in accordance with the express terms of the parties’ stipulation.
