IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 6, 2001, the hearing of this matter convened. Complainants Jason and Arbell Rose (the “Roses”) were present. Respondent Palm Harbor Homes, Inc. (“Palm Harbor”) was represented by its Operations Manager, Jeanie Wiggins. At the outset of the hearing, the Roses advised this tribunal that all outstanding items of complaint have been resolved and they have signed off on the Verified Complaint and Sign-off Form. As a result of the resolution of the complaint, there was no need to proceed further with the hearing. Based upon the above, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Director of the Arizona Department of Building and Fire Safety close this complaint.
