IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona State Banking Department’s (the “Department”) June 21, 2001 Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing, submitted through counsel. The Department requests that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for June 26, 2001, be vacated for the reason that Respondents Procollect, Inc. and Lawrence A. Gingold have requested to withdraw their collection agency license application and further to cancel their request for hearing. (Attached to the Motion is a copy of Respondents’ written request to withdraw their application and to cancel their request for hearing.) Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Superintendent of the Department for further action.
