IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona State Banking Department (“Department”) has notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that it has agreed to issue the license at issue based upon supplemental documentation provided by Petitioner. The Department therefore has moved to vacate the previously scheduled hearing because the parties have resolved their dispute and it is no longer necessary. Good cause having been shown, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 19, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this appeal be remanded to the Superintendent of the Department with the recommendation that it be dismissed. Done this day, May 14, 2001.
