On April 16, 2001, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Michael T. Denious requesting that the hearing scheduled in this matter be vacated because the parties have resolved their dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for April 23, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
