On July 2, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a document generated by Western Sealant Company, Inc. that was forwarded by the Registrar of Contractors. In that document, Western Sealant requests that the hearing of this matter set for July 20, 2001 be canceled. The document indicates that the bill, which was the subject of the hearing, has been paid. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, July 2, 2001.
